Mrs. Cindhu Menaka is the founder of Sarvalayam Mind Care, part of the Sarvalayam Group of Institutions. She has a strong background in psychology and special education, with degrees in B.Tech, B.Ed (Special Education), M.Sc, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Psychology. She is also a licensed Special Educator (RCI) with over 17+ years of experience in mental health, parenting, emotional well-being, and special education. She is an active member of INSPA, APA, and TNPA and contributes to research, training, and psychological education and also a columnist in Times of India (TOI). She has worked with corporates, government bodies, NGOs, rural schools, non-charitable Trust to ensure psychological help reaches everyone in need. She spreads awareness about mental health through TV programs, newspapers, and public discussions. She talks about topics like mental wellness, parenting, digital habits, and emotional strength. Her work focuses on infant and toddler early intervention, family counseling, emotional and behavioral therapy, and corporate mental wellness. She also supports children with learning, behavioral, and developmental challenges, helping them grow into confident and independent individuals.
She specializes in eclectic counseling and uses different methods to help individuals, families, schools, colleges, and organizations. As a certified Parenting Coach, she guides parents in building strong, loving relationships with their children. At Sarvalayam Mind Care, she provides scientific and practical solutions to help people overcome emotional struggles, manage stress, and lead happy lives. Her work blends psychological knowledge with real-life solutions, making her a respected speaker, trainer, and consultant.
